During the Advanced Digitalization 2025 Meeting Place in Gothenburg, we, the project group behind ACE CyberSafe – with representatives from Skellefteå Municipality (project owner), Luleå University of Technology and TH1NG – had the opportunity to present our work in two sessions focusing on industrial electrification and cybersecurity.
We showed how smart buildings, full of connected IoT devices and complex systems, can be protected through modern security solutions. By using AI and machine learning to detect deviations and by thinking about security from the beginning in the system design, we want to contribute to a more robust and secure property management.
During our session, we described our ambitions to contribute to increased maturity in the industry and drive the development towards connected, sustainable and secure buildings.
It was also very rewarding to take part in the other projects within Vinnova’s Advanced Digitalization program – to network, visit the exhibitors and listen to inspiring lectures on research results, insights and future visions. It is clear that together we can shape the industry of the future with the help of advanced digitalization solutions.
